LEO’S APPLIANCE REPAIR — TEXT MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern the SMS/RCS text messaging program operated by Leo’s Appliance Repair (Truckee / Lake Tahoe, California).

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you provide your phone number while requesting or booking appliance repair service, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Leo’s Appliance Repair, including: appointment confirmations, scheduling and arrival updates, replies to your service questions, invoices or payment notes, and post-service review requests.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies by service activity, typically 1–5 messages per appointment. We do not send recurring marketing messages.

3. FEES
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Leo’s Appliance Repair does not charge for text messages.

4. OPT-OUT
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, simply book service again or text START.

5. HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, call us, or email availableappliancerepair@gmail.com.

6. PRIVACY
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy (leoappliancerepair.com/privacy). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

8. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available at this page.
